Program EMAS members can now travel abroad with assurance knowing that they are supported by an emergency assistance service that provides advice and medical assistance to members who are going overseas for a trip.
Members can obtain access to international assistance which provides medical and travel guidance at any time. Members can access information in over 200 countries and 300 cities around the world and get in touch with the Help Center for assistance or advice whenever needed.
And for added peace of mind, hospital admissions for Program EMAS members who are abroad will be managed by Aspire Lifestyles. Aspire Lifestyles is an International SOS company which is part of the renowned International SOS, the world’s leading medical and security risk services company.

Relief at time of distress
The Program EMAS also provides professional funeral management services in collaboration with MyAngkasa Mukmin, which has over 3,000 professional funeral managers registered across Malaysia. This service is exclusively offered to all Muslim Malaysian citizens and permanent residents and covers the whole of Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.
In the unfortunate event of the death of a Program EMAS member, the beneficiary may choose to use the funeral management services provided by MyAngkasa Mukmin – without any cash payment required.
MyAngkasa Mukmin has a team that is always on standby, 24 hours a day to ease the management of such unfortunate events.

Program EMAS also offers a Cash Back Rewards Card and numerous benefits to the cardholder through a strategic partnership with ICT Commerce Sdn Bhd.
Application for the card is relatively hassle-free. The card is offered to all Program EMAS members aged 18 and above.
Key benefits of the card include:
- Discounts and rebates deducted instantly on usage of the Cash Back Rewards card at all participating merchant outlets.
- Electronic transactions using QR codes for cashless and hassle-free purchases.
- High credit card reload up to a maximum of RM10,000.
- Card-to-Card transfers allows funds to be transferred instantly among card holders.
- Cash withdrawal at any ATM machines in Malaysia with a fees of RM1.00 per withdrawal. (Cash withdrawal limit a day is RM2,999 according to limits set by the bank.)
- Local and international payment acceptance at any of the Merchant outlets with VISA payment terminals.
- Prepaid accounts and transactions are secured by Bank Trust account.
- A SIX (6) digit secured pin number is needed for every transaction made.
